lesson two paper folding
In this lesson we continued with paper folding but on a much larger scale. I used my design from last week and improved it, then copied the design on a large piece of paper to create a large sculpture to play around with and place on the mannequin. I though this was a good way to give us inspiration and different ideas.

I then started playing around folding it in to different shapes and ways. This was interesting because every time i folded another bit or moved and stuck a bit in to place the sculpture would just keep changing and would form lots of different shaped. I did think that my design would come out much bigger then it did but if i was to do it again i would make it twice the size.
The final out come :
I then started playing around with other different shapes and ways of folding so that i could add it to my original sculpture to improve it. I then started folding some paper in the sam way that you would fold a paper fan and created this shape :
